華盛頓州立大學(xué)位于普爾曼的主校園占地2.5平方公里（620公頃），依山而建，距離愛達荷州的莫斯科市只有7英里，平均海拔2500英尺。校園內(nèi)的主要建筑物都是以紅色的磚為外墻，因為在校園內(nèi)的第一座建筑物為紅磚的建筑，自此以后所有的建筑的仿效類似的風(fēng)格。在19世紀(jì)末，校園建筑物風(fēng)格是當(dāng)年流行的實用風(fēng)格，充分反映建議作為教室及實驗室的用途，及至20世紀(jì)，建筑物開始加入不同復(fù)古主義的元素，例如大量的古典裝飾。到了現(xiàn)在，建筑物的設(shè)計已經(jīng)十分現(xiàn)代化，但仍然保留著紅磚外墻的傳統(tǒng)。

要求申請者遞交的申請材料及其申請要求如下：

• 申請費：$50；

• 高中成績單：申請者班級排名TOP10%，GPA3.5以上，可被錄??；GPA最低要求2.70，且高中期間修讀過人文、數(shù)學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)和社會科學(xué)課程。正式成績單可由學(xué)校直接遞交，招生委員會會對成績單做評估，申請者也可選擇第三方認證機構(gòu)認證，建議選擇WES、IREF或NACES其他成員機構(gòu)；

• 資金證明：申請者需遞交$43,500的擔(dān)保金證明。

費用與獎學(xué)金

本科（新生/轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)生）申請者可獲得以下兩個等級的獎學(xué)金：

• GPA3.30-3.59之間，可獲得每學(xué)期$1,000獎學(xué)金；

• GPA3.6以上，可獲得每學(xué)期$2,000獎學(xué)金。

如學(xué)生每年修夠24個學(xué)分，且GPA3.20以上，可獲得額外5個學(xué)期的獎學(xué)金。

華盛頓州立大學(xué)還向國際學(xué)生提供Need-aware獎學(xué)金。

WSU接受國際學(xué)生秋季和春季學(xué)期轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)申請，截止日期分別是1月31日和11月15日。完成一年的大學(xué)課程，且GPA2.5以上，方有資格申請轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)。轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)申請者必須遞交大學(xué)課程描述，大學(xué)未讀滿一年的申請者，必須遞交經(jīng)公證的高中和大學(xué)成績單、SAT或ACT成績單。

專業(yè)設(shè)置

華盛頓州立大學(xué)本科開設(shè)95個專業(yè)，86個輔修專業(yè)，超過100個專業(yè)方向。

語言課程

如申請者達到華盛頓州立大學(xué)本科除語言能力要求之外的所有要求，可申請條件錄取。另外，該校為學(xué)生提供語言課程，通過，中國申請者可單獨申請入讀以下兩個項目之一：

• 強化美國語言中心（IALC），位于WSU的普爾曼主校區(qū)。
